I am currently a postdoc scholar at Stanford Graduate School of Business, working with Prof. Yue Hu.
My research investigates how strategic customer behavior impacts the performance of service systems and develops behavior-aware policies to improve efficiency and outcomes. Leveraging tools from queueing theory, game theory, and optimal control, I aim to provide rigorous insights to guide the design of information provision, incentive mechanisms, and resource allocation policies. I am committed to tackling fundamental theoretical challenges while crafting models that are grounded in real-world applications.
I received my Ph.D. degree from the University of Rochester in 2025, advised by Prof. Ricky Roet-Green. I was a visiting Ph.D. student at Stanford GSB in the Summer of 2024. I received an M.Phil. degree in Supply Chain Management from Lingnan University, Hong Kong, in 2020, and a B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering from Shandong University, China, in 2018.
I am excited to be joining the Department of Decision and Information Sciences at the C. T. Bauer College of Business, University of Houston, as a tenure-track Assistant Professor starting in Fall 2026.
